...Wii Fit that is. We were at Target on Saturday and they had one in stock so we snatched it up and I've been addicted every since. I've spent at least an hour every night playing with it. I figure it may not be the best work outs for real fitness people (I don't think they have any 13 mile runs, Lauren) but it sure does kick my butt every night. I have come to realize that my balance issues are not just in my head they are for real and I have the stats now to prove it. It even asked me if I trip when walking which I always do! I figure if nothing else being active while playing games is better than sitting on the couch playing games, right?

I was a Wii Fit junkie too until the batteries needed replaced in the balance board and I have been too lazy to replace them. Is that sad or what?
The thing I love about Wii Fit is the focus on balance and posture. My posture was WAY better after doing Wii Fit for a month. Now I have to replace those batteries so I can keep it up.
Hopefully this will improve your balance! Wouldn't that be awesome???
I love the soccer ball dodging and ski jumping. I'm terrible at the hoolahoop but that gets me sweating the fastest. So which trainer do you use, the guy or girl?
LOL. You DO always trip when walking. ha ha ha ha! I can't wait to play it. I thought they did have a run (in place) thing on it though.....?
